Delivery & timelines
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Canadian ground transit typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, while shipments to the United States usually arrive within 5–10 business days once shipped. Large or heavy appliances may require appointment delivery; please be available at the delivery address on the scheduled day.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless a product listing specifically states otherwise. Refunds for eligible returns are processed after we receive and inspect the item; allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.
